Returns, Refunds & Reprint Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

At Any Printing UK, we take pride in producing high-quality printed products and aim to resolve any problems as quickly and fairly as possible.

Because many of our products are made specifically to your requirements, our returns and refund process is different from that of a standard retail product.

Please read this policy before placing an order.

1. Custom and Personalised Printing

Most of the products we provide are printed or produced specifically for you, using your chosen:

  • Artwork

  • Text

  • Images

  • Colours

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Materials

  • Finishes

  • Specifications

Because these products are made specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, no longer need the product, or do not like the design after production.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law.

2. Before You Approve Your Artwork

Please carefully check your artwork and order details before approving them for production.

You should check:

  • Spelling and grammar

  • Names and contact details

  • Telephone numbers

  • Email addresses

  • Website addresses

  • Dates and times

  • Prices

  • Images and logos

  • Colours

  • Product size

  • Quantity

  • Material

  • Finishing options

  • Delivery address

  • Any other information contained in the artwork

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

If you discover an error in artwork that you supplied or approved after production has started, we may not be able to cancel, refund or reprint the order.

3. Errors Caused by Customer-Supplied Artwork

We are not normally responsible for errors that originate from artwork or information supplied or approved by the customer.

Examples include:

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Incorrect telephone numbers

  • Incorrect email addresses

  • Incorrect website addresses

  • Incorrect names or dates

  • Low-resolution images

  • Incorrect colours in supplied artwork

  • Incorrect dimensions

  • Missing information

  • Incorrect logos

  • Design or layout errors

  • Choosing the wrong product, size, material or quantity

  • Sending the wrong file

  • Approving an incorrect proof

Where a customer has supplied or approved the artwork containing an error, a reprint may require a new order and additional payment.

4. Printing Errors Caused by Us

If we determine that your order contains a genuine production or printing error caused by us, please contact us as soon as possible.

Examples may include:

  • A significant printing defect

  • The wrong product being produced

  • A significant difference between the approved specification and the product supplied

  • Missing finishing that was included in the confirmed order

  • A significant production error

  • Products damaged before or during delivery where we are responsible

Where a genuine fault is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

A free reprint or replacement

or

A partial or full refund where appropriate.

We will normally aim to resolve a confirmed printing fault through a reprint or replacement where this is a suitable solution.

5. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us investigate the problem, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the packaging where relevant

  • Photographs of the delivery label where relevant

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as we may need photographs or other information about the packaging to investigate damage during transit.

We will assess the circumstances and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, reprint or refund.

6. Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

For example, if you ordered:

  • The wrong product

  • The wrong size

  • The wrong quantity

  • The wrong finishing

  • A significantly different specification

please contact us with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

If we confirm that the error was caused by us, we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

7. Colour Variations

Please be aware that colours displayed on a computer, phone or tablet screen may not appear exactly the same when printed.

Differences can occur because of:

  • Different screens and display settings

  • Brightness and contrast settings

  • Different colour profiles

  • CMYK printing processes

  • Paper or material characteristics

  • Ink absorption

  • Different printing processes

A minor difference between the colour displayed on your screen and the finished printed product does not necessarily mean that the product is defective.

Where colour accuracy is particularly important, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise you about the available options.

8. Normal Printing Tolerances

Professional printing involves manufacturing processes where small variations can sometimes occur.

Minor differences in areas such as:

  • Cutting

  • Folding

  • Creasing

  • Trimming

  • Positioning

  • Colour

  • Paper or material appearance

  • Quantity

may occur within normal production tolerances.

A minor variation does not automatically mean that an order is defective.

However, if you believe the variation is significant enough to affect the use or appearance of your product, please contact us and we will investigate it.

9. Quantity Variations

For certain printed products, manufacturing processes may result in a small variation from the exact quantity ordered.

Where an industry-standard quantity tolerance applies to a particular product, this will be taken into consideration when assessing an order.

If the quantity supplied is significantly below the quantity ordered, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.

10. Cancellation Before Production

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not started and the order can reasonably be cancelled, we will consider the cancellation request.

However, if production, artwork preparation, processing or fulfilment has already started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where work has already been carried out or costs have already been incurred, any refund or cancellation amount will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

11. Cancellation After Production Has Started

Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel a custom printing order because the product has been made specifically for you and may not be suitable for resale.

For this reason, cancellation requests received after production has started may be refused.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements.

12. Change of Mind

Because our printed products are generally made specifically to your requirements, we do not normally accept returns or provide refunds simply because:

  • You changed your mind

  • You no longer require the product

  • You do not like the design after approving it

  • You ordered the wrong size

  • You ordered the wrong quantity

  • You entered incorrect information

  • You supplied the wrong artwork

  • You selected the wrong product

  • Your circumstances changed after production began

This does not affect any statutory rights that apply to your order.

13. Returns for Faulty Products

If we ask you to return a product so that we can inspect it, we will provide instructions on how to do so.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Depending on the circumstances, we may ask for:

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • The affected product

  • The complete order

  • Packaging

  • Delivery information

This helps us determine what happened and whether the issue resulted from production, delivery, artwork or another cause.

14. Reprints

Where we confirm that a printing or production fault was caused by us, we may offer a free reprint as an appropriate remedy.

The replacement will normally be produced to the original confirmed specification.

If a reprint is not reasonably possible, another appropriate remedy may be offered.

We will discuss the available solution with you before proceeding.

15. Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, we will normally issue it to the original payment method used for the order.

The amount refunded will depend on the circumstances and the remedy agreed.

Where appropriate, this may include the relevant amount paid for the affected products and associated delivery charges.

Refund processing times can vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

We will confirm when a refund has been processed.

16. Delivery Delays

We work hard to meet the turnaround and delivery times provided for your order.

However, delivery times can sometimes be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Severe weather

  • Transport disruption

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer approval delays

  • Delays in receiving required artwork

  • Technical or production problems

  • Events outside our reasonable control

If an order is delayed, please contact us and we will investigate the status of your order.

A delivery delay does not automatically mean that the printed product is defective.

17. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer and this causes a delivery failure, additional delivery or re-delivery costs may apply.

Please contact us immediately if you realise that the delivery address is incorrect.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to help where reasonably possible.

18. Orders Placed for Businesses

If you are purchasing printing services on behalf of a business, organisation, charity, school, club or other organisation, different contractual terms may apply depending on the order and circumstances.

If you are placing a large or bespoke order, we recommend reviewing your quotation and order confirmation carefully before approving production.

19. How to Report a Problem

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email:

anyprintinguk@gmail.com

Please include:

  1. Your name

  2. Order number

  3. Description of the issue

  4. Photographs of the product where appropriate

  5. Photographs of packaging where relevant

  6. Any other information that may help us investigate

The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can investigate and work towards a solution.

20. We Want to Resolve Problems Fairly

Our aim is not simply to reject returns or refunds.

If something has gone wrong with your order, contact us first.

We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, offer a suitable solution such as:

  • Reprinting the affected products

  • Replacing the affected products

  • Providing a partial refund

  • Providing a full refund

  • Offering another reasonable solution

The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances of the individual order and applicable UK law.

21. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns, Refunds & Reprint Policy is intended to remove or restrict any legal rights you have under applicable UK consumer protection law.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet applicable legal requirements, your statutory rights may apply.

Where applicable, we will comply with those rights.
