1. Who we are
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Anyone may browse the website. Customers placing orders must be legally able to enter into a contract. If you are under 18, an adult must place the order and accept these Terms.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. We may suspend an account used unlawfully or improperly.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security, copy its content, impersonate anyone, or submit harmful material.
5. Our content
The website’s text, designs, images and other content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website for its intended purpose but must not copy or redistribute its content without permission.
6. Products, prices and orders
Product descriptions, mock-ups and prices are provided as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in GBP.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may contact you if there is an error in pricing, availability or specifications.
7. Proofs and personalised printing
Where a mock-up or proof is provided, you are responsible for checking spelling, artwork, colours, sizes, quantities and other details before approving it.
Personalised or made-to-order items may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible except where required by law or where the goods are faulty or do not match the approved order.
8. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch most orders within 24–48 hours after approval, with delivery normally under one week, but exact timing may vary by product, quantity and circumstances outside our control.
9. Faulty or incorrect goods
If goods are faulty, materially different from the approved mock-up, or made using materials different from those ordered, contact us promptly at bulkprinting24@gmail.com.
We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Statutory cancellation rights
UK consumers may generally have a 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases. This right may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
11. Payments
Payments must be made using the payment options shown at checkout. An order may not be processed until payment has been received or authorised.
12. Third-party services
Payment providers, delivery companies and other third parties may have their own terms. We are not responsible for services they provide outside our reasonable control.
13. Changes to our offering
We may change or discontinue products or website features. We will not use this right to remove goods or services that you have already paid for without providing any remedy required by law.
14. Disclaimers and liability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but interruptions and errors may occur.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
15. Business customers
If you buy for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. The consumer protections that apply only to individuals buying for personal use may not apply to business purchases.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. UK consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring claims in the courts available to them under applicable law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. The version applying to an order is the version in effect when that order is accepted.
